Schedule

Hotel check-in if you booked in the block is at 3 pm; if you need more time before the event, the hotel suggests checking in the night prior.

A bus will be available from the hotel to the venue and act as a shuttle for the day—the last pick-up from the hotel before the ceremony will be at 3:30 pm.

The ceremony will start promptly at 4 pm. Please arrive 10 minutes before allow for parking (if you are driving to the venue) and seating.

Cocktail hour 4:30 pm - 5:30 pm.

 Reception 5:30 pm - 9:30 pm.

If you are planning to drink at the reception, please either plan to use the bus or have a designated driver.
