"Individuals making their own reservations must identify themselves with your group by calling the Hilton Garden Inn Mt. Laurel directly at 856.234.4788 by 06.12.25 to receive the special rate that has been provided for your group. After that date the group rate will no longer apply and reservations will be made upon the current rate and space available basis only. Individual guests have until 72-hours prior to day of arrival to cancel their reservations. All guest room reservations must be guaranteed with a valid credit card."
